Twice cooked duck, wombok slaw, scorched peanuts, ginger soy

Sea scallops wrapped in prosciutto, zucchini, corn salsa, watercress

Zucchini flowers tempura, pumpkin ricotta, Salsa verde`

MAINS   (Individual choice)

Beef Eye Fillet, Portobello mushroom, sweet potato mash, asparagus, marsala jus’

W.A Barramundi fillet, sautéed cubed potato, baby spinach, corn, eschallot cream, citrus salsa

Slow roasted Greek Lamb, crispy potatoes, peperonata, green beans, lemon oregano emulsion, tzatziki

Homemade potato gnocchi, Quattro formaggio, gorgonzola, provolone, parmesan, mascarpone, crushed walnuts
